Advertising and marketing it competitive. Many programs compete with each other, affiliates of the same programs even compete with each other. It is a dog-eat-dog world.
Where do you draw the line? It is one thing to manipulate something, like for example a search engine ranking. So you have a little trick that gets you ranked high. Personally, I don't see a problem with that. But, would you steal someone else's traffic straight up. If you could, would you take someone else's traffic if you knew you could get away with it legally. When I mean take it, i don't mean out bid them on google ads words. I mean when their surfer clicks their link on their webpage the surfer ends up on your site. Would you cross that line for money.
Are you a do whatever it takes kind of guy, or do you balance ethics into the decission ?
