Would you buy traffic?

If it's any good, why would the owner of the traffic sell it? I've always wondered about this.

Yeah, it does seem suspect. Specially for adult traffic. However, I do see ONE possible scenario where it makes sense... If a site generates a lot of traffic looking for differing niches and that site doesn't cater to all the other niches... In that situation, it makes sense to sell the traffic.

It's not suspicious at all. Adult sites can sell their exit traffic or internal link click traffic. Excess inventory.

I generally don't buy traffic, just links, so I know where the traffic is coming from and I know it's really clicked. The whole traffic selling and brokerage biz, no matter if adult or mainstream, is very shady...very few trustworthy sellers. Quality is often awful, maybe nice to grow a TGP and have a justification to charge submitters for accounts...
