‘Obscene’ Videos Prompt Arrests in Japan

Five men were arrested over the weekend, including the head of the screening department of the Nihon Ethics of Video Association (NEVA) Katsumi Ono, for failure to screen two DVDs that did not comply with obscenity standards.
